Job Description
Overview:
The role involves managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from client communication to execution and reporting. You will coordinate between clients, influencers, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery, support sales and media operations, and analyze performance for optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication:
Act as a point of contact for clients to understand campaign objectives, deliverables, and timelines. - Campaign Coordination:
Plan and manage influencer collaborations across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Ensure timely execution of content and deliverables. - Influencer Management:
Identify and onboard suitable influencers, negotiate deliverables, and maintain strong professional relationships. - Sales & Media Support:
Collaborate with sales and media teams to align campaigns with client goals and ensure smooth operational flow. - Operations Handling:
Address and resolve any operational or logistical issues that arise during campaign execution. - Performance Analysis:
Track campaign metrics, compile performance reports, and provide insights to improve future strategies. - Market Trends:
Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, social media algorithms, and emerging content formats.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools for reporting.
