Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing, providing an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills and contribute to real campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools
- Monitor social media channels and engage with audience comments and messages
- Research trending topics and hashtags relevant to our industry
Campaign Support
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Help create email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Assist with basic graphic design tasks using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Track campaign performance and compile weekly reports
Analytics & Research
- Monitor website traffic and social media analytics using Google Analytics and platform insights
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Identify opportunities for content optimization and audience growth
- Maintain records of campaign metrics and performance data
General Marketing Tasks
- Assist in maintaining the content calendar
- Help with SEO research and keyword analysis
- Support blog writing and content creation efforts
- Collaborate with team members on creative brainstorming sessions
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Basic understanding of major social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other design tools
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Facebook Ads Manager
- Understanding of SEO principles and content marketing
- Previous internship or coursework in digital marketing
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (plus but not required)
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
